Absolutely; be prepared with plenty of margin, because the stock can be pumped up sharply.

Even in the worst case they are convicted and thrown in jail, this is not going to destroy the company.

Well, it sure wouldn't help it.

Don't give me that stolen code advantage. It's been changed so much since then.

The company was built on stolen code. The fact that the code is now clean, and that they have bought several clean companies, doesn't change the fact that the original basis of the company was obtained by theft. The stock of the company should be cancelled, and the company given to CDN. That's the only thing that would be fair. CDN is asking for $1.2 billion ($38/share), and I think they'll eventually get it.
