I don't think your hypothetical HTCH dialog is quite the way it would have worked. For one thing it is likely illegal. For another, it just isn't the way big blue works, whom I believe is the accelerated customer. Frankly, I thought more about dilution from the new stock issue then the issue you raised, though clearly HTCH needs money and a new issue is a better way to do it in light of recent events. <G>
