Not too well disguised, is it?

I guess people who work closely together over time generate loyalties and alliances that are not necessarily monetary or signed on the dotted line. An upfront, honest atomosphere of cooperation and partnership certainly helps in creating these situations. Some places I've been you really wouldn't concieve of something like that springing up. I guess you have to draw your own conclusions...
