Dear Andrew:

I agree with your opinion that proof of revenues must be substantiated along with financing and re-listing before WAVX takes off. However, I get the feeling the financing and subsequent re-listing will be completed soon by a very hard working management team.

As for the high price on Amazon.com, it is my opinion that it is in some degree due to the tremendous cash flow that they are generating as revenues increase. They will make a substantial amount of money off the float from the revenue obtained after completing transactions, instead of the traditional retailer who makes it primarily by charging more than the cost of sales.
