Mike, CISC: Nice little stock, but no earnings. Net down 51% rev's up. Did you look at the 13d filed Dec. 3? Sounds like this guy Jaindi uses the co stock as a floating slush fund to finance his other businesses and then moves the money from those businessis back into the co stock......etc, etc.... Insiders bought a lot of stock in the past, but the price has gone nowhere. Very thinly traded. I'd stay away from this one Mike. I don't like all of the relatinship stuff going on. Ken
