According to IMAL, if First Data can bring 25,000 people to use IMAL's "hokey" software in a given period of time, they will qualify to purchase an additional 5 million shares at below market prices. Add five more million shares to IMAL - a company that has a hard time breaking 1 million in annual sales and guess what happens? All comments IMO Cheers Steve
