I'm actually a little worried that this is a ploy to either delay or nix any deal-in-progress. It's possible that an acquiring company would be less interested in completing a deal in light of possible future litigation. Certainly, any delay or hint of a such a problem, might adversely affect perception of ABT and severely drop the stock price. What's your opinion?
