Got my DI Boot Disks made (as well as a copy installed on the 98 drive) and did a first image file of NT partition. Also made a Emergency Recovery Disk.

I unsuccessfully tried to create an NT Startup Disk from the instructions given in Sean Daily's Optimizing Win NT book pp 715-718. After copying the necessary files to a floppy I switch to boot from A: in order to test the disk. Restarted and got into Bios as far as Verifying DM 1 Pool Data then Non-system Disk or Disk Error..Push any Key and the same message keeps coming back. Reset got me back to BIOS Setup page.
The files I copied to floppy were NTLDR, BOOT,NTDETECT. Also indicated in the book but not present on my NT install were BOOTSECT and NTBOOTDD which I gather are not necessary for non multiboot and non SCSI booting systems.
Any ideas as to what whent wrong?

Clarence
