For those not aware - Dolgroff's previous position is mentioned below (another similar article as posted earlier):

NEW YORK, Jan 24 (Reuter) - Projectavision Inc said it plans to proceed with the introduction of
its digital home theater in the first quarter despite a recent development in litigation with one of the
company's former executives.

The company said a New York court appointed a temporary receiver for certain Projectavision
patents in connection with the litigation.

Projectavision said it does not believe that any of the patents are used in the digital home theater,
which was developed after the termination of company co-founder and chief scientist Eugene
Dolgoff. The digital home theater is not a subject of the lawsuit, it said.

The company has been involved in litigation over Dolgoff's termination for nearly two years.
