TLAB at $100 does .35 buyout for CIEN. Then the bidding war starts with CSCO. IMO this will get started in Q1.

This is not hype. This is my rationale for a strong spec buy on CIEN. And, even without the buyout from these levels you should see a 50% appreciation in 1999 based on fundamentals.
