Looks to me like buyout or merger. From the last Q report: The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has retained Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation to advise it in connection with considering various strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder value. No specific timetable has been established by the Board for completing its review of such strategic alternatives. How else do you explain the spike in volume and price?
