janice dear i will tell you again, there is no doubt that these morons went to court & filed this bs arbitration. that has not been argued. what is argued dear was fact aznt was never served & also never appeared. aznt's only interest in wellrich is "litigation, not arbitration". i will also tell you this dear your document mentions not one word that aznt was represented by qualey at this hearing. recall the last document posted had landish's name. you can continue this promotion & your assault on this company in concert with wellrich. you can also try to explain the opinion letter of carmine bua, the boiler room calls & the soliciting of shareholders for stock & you can also take into account that wellrich has already been shut down once before by the california securities & exchange commision. n knowing track record & history of wellrich & fact they solicit stock for there ex broker shurr & his side kick marcasse, i will trust what aznt has told us & that is plainly that they were never served & were not present. spider
