Jason - Nov. 27 ASC Weekly Summary shows 1.3mil shares being placed at $0.10 to 3 people. 1mil to Barry Lee, 150K each to G. Maurice Laclare & Michael H. Kobes. I believe $0.10 is the minimium price Alta. allows for private placement purposes. Another "penny" I'm holding (Justinian JEL-ase) recently did the $0.10 pp routine. What are you hearing?
