Jozef, there's just my wife and me on my "group" and I don't have those problems. While I've never had to do it, the NXTL literature says that you can:
1. Toggle up to three phone calls at once. The phone will prompt you when calls come in and you make your choice whether to take the call or let it go to voice mail. If you accept the call, the 1st call is placed on hold.

2. Forward calls either conditionally or unconditionally.

I'm not aware that you can "transfer" calls on any digital wireless phone to any random wireless phone, whether the same wireless telco or otherwise. Enlighten me. Here's a url from NXTL's web site which gives comparisons of features:

And, finally, here's a Sprint-PCS url which explains their services (notice that there's no reference to transfering calls.):

To sum up, I don't have a clue why you need S-PCS, especially when NXTL has DC and S-PCS's coverage is limited compared to NXTL's.
