Find out what your options are and ask what consequences are for those who do not convert. For the company, if all the warrants are converted, they will realize a cash influx of approximately $16.5 million with minimal expense. It appears from the announcement that over 315,000 warrants have already been redeemed, resulting in approx $2million in cash for the company. The company has no long term debt.
