I just became acquainted with this stock, so am not long or short. Looking for a little insight though into entering this stock.

Looking at the runup last week and the chart, it appears that ACRT does have times when it drops a goodly percentage, after all 1 pt would be 9% +/- now.I suspect that after earnings there will be some profit taking and an entry pointmore favorable than 11 5/8 will present it self. Am I too wishful?

Also, in my research, I found that CALPERS owns 4%, making one of the biggest, if not the biggest institutional holders.Being a CALPERS member, at least I see our retirement money isn't all in the stodgy big caps.Is it true that insiders own 42%?

Can anyone tell me what was the size of the private placement and what the terms were? Can the private holders start flipping the stock now or is there some date after which they can? If the stock is doing so good, why was a private placement necessary?

Appreciate any insights.
