qualey & sylver were not there & said they were never served So, let me get this straight: 1. AZNT hires a lawyer, Joshua M. Landish to represent them in district Court before Judge Denton. 2. Judge Denton issues an "Order Granting Motion to Compel Arbitration" 3. Atty. Landish never gives notice to his client of this ruling???* - Jeff * Not being a lawyer I'm inclined to think that because AZNT was "appearing by and through" Landish, that Landish getting notified was the equivalent of AZNT getting notified. It is inconceivable to think Landish never informed his client of the order.
