Joe do you know how to work the phone if you want it to take a message just push the button no and it will take a message it also has a hold button for incoming calls on the second phone call.You have caller id so you can decide if you want to take the call and if your in you office just hard forward and modify your soft forwards to what you want.I smell something fishy here guys.BEAR
