I am trying to figure out the ABER situation in regards to Winspear and Snap Lake.

This is what I think is correct from what I remember of past posts etc.:

Please correct if wrong.

Aber owns 40 % of Snap Lake
Aber also owns shares in Winspear, or has a convertible debenture ( I don't know which or how much.

Have been into in WSP since $2.20 and also purchased some ABZ before XMAS, and just trying to figure things out.
