David, I think there is a reasonably strong possibility that we are putting in a triple declining slammation pattern in the advance decline line. We touched the down trendline that goes from 4/3/98 through 7/16/98 yesterday. For a general example see: decisionpoint.com September 89-January 90. Oddly enough, that was a beginning of January move also. The extremely low CBOE put/call ratio would lean towards this outcome. On the other hand.... Time to be nimble. Vitas
