Yeah, white collar people would never want to have 300-500 mile coverage for less than 10 cents per minute. How humiliating to pay 10 cents for out-of-state calls!

I have Bel Atlantic, AT&T, Sprint, Omnipoint offering just that. Bel Atlantic had a special promotion, last time I checked, offering 2400 minutes for $160, or 6.67 cents per minute. Their other offer had free unlimited weekend and evening calling.
