Hi funk,

I would leave the link because there are a lot of people out there that do not realize what the software looks like. (Me included) Compared to my Model T graphics, that looks great. I have just joined MB and waiting for a transfer to my new account. Anything would be better than where I left. (American Express) How would you like to put in a buy order with delayed quotes and then wait 5 or more minutes to confirm that they received your order. Hours to days to then post the trade amount to your online account. After 2 years of being there I think that I could trade online about 75% of the time, do to computer problems. They do have good customer service however. You had to call in to make trades while the system was down. Also whoever they sent trades to for order flow was terrible. Multiple times I could not even get a market order at the bid or ask price. I will probably faint if I get my order in and back within 5 minutes. Anyway I hope to have a better experience with MBT.
I have not used realtime online trading and appreciate your helpful post. My ISP provider only provides for 28kbps. Do you know if a satellite connection is possible? I am also thinking about moving to the city to get ISDN from UUNET. Anybody have any problems with them? I read that you are using a single line. Is this fast enough for all your needs? I have 2 computers and was thinking about getting 2 lines, or would this be overkill? Any comments from you IT people would be welcome? Thanks in advance for your help.
