I bought NETA only two months ago and made some respectable gains. My intent was to hold it "forever", come hell or high water. However, I always make one major exceptions: Accounting Irregularities can make YOUR account very irregular. When there is a whiff of this, I sell and ask questions later. I then used the proceeds to by CHKPF - which has very compelling valuations and a great balance sheet. In fact, I am considering shorting NETA, with a conservative stop. My experience has been that these SEC accounting probes last a long time and they go very deep. Have you ever know the federal government to say, "oh, maybe we were wrong, nevermind". NOT. They will dig, dig, dig, until they break the back of NETA. If/when it tanks, I will then cover, let it trough some more, and then close my eyes and buy NETA. This is my dream/fantasy trade of course, will likely either not happen, or will happen but I will be on the wrong side of the track, the one with the fast moving train in my direction.
