Chuzz...I just got back from 16 hours of work...I'm sorry my answer to your question of the 3/1 shares being available won't be thorough....I'm going to have to do a little research, but I have read this somewhere..It wasn't done by my calculations. I do think a 3/1 is possible, as Bull Mkt. Report has said, and they have liked AOL for a long time..I'm assuming they've done the research on this..... Is it also not possible for AOL to put it to the shareholders for a vote to increase the number of shares if that is what is needed? Regards, George
