What should he have said?
Especially after Case as much lied on-air giving impression
that AOL wasn't running TV ads; and Francis had just see one
that morning (as had NYS Attny Gen).

Ya see, slick Steve said in his 1/17 statement that AOL was
pulling its `Jetsons' ads. He forgot to mention that AOL would
continue to run two other spots it has -- which continue on CNN
and elsewhere. (saw em today)

Do you want to trust your money to a company run by somebody
who pulls crap like that?
