Larry, Thanks for the tip. Did a little digging on some key factors I like to look at in regards to a Micro.

1. Debt LT - $20,269,992
2. Authorized shares - 20,000,000
3. Outstanding shares - 11,492,162
4. Sales 9 months - $8,600,000
5. Expenses 9 monthes - $9,300,000
6. Projected EPS 97 - <-.02>
7. 5% owners = 8 people or institutions = 7,000,000 shares

Currently I am invested in one oil/gold micro that is heavily followed on SI. It is NPEC. These micros can be extremely volatile. I lost much money last year in the micro arena and yet I learned from the school of hard knocks. I will continue in this micro arena but with much more scrutiny. The only enviable item of interest is why do some big players show so much interest in this particular stock? Item 7 indicates that 70%, approx., of this stock is held by 8 entities! This could be good and bad. As usual the chance for market manipulation seems high with GARN. They have just better than doubled in value since last December. I will pass for now and work my own little micro. NPEC is showing signs of breaking news next week according to the thread. Trust me though I have been let down before. We will see how the action goes.

Larry thanks again for the tip. seeya
