Care to share the specifics? Many people only present their winners here and almost never fess up to their mistakes, I think its important, especially for the new investors, to know how and why people lose money...you read some of the threads around hear (TM for example) and you get the impression every single person is making weekly 100-200% gains and no one ever loses money.

Also, keep in mind with paper trading, while useful, does not at all compare with "real" trading. With paper trading its real easy to say I bought at this price (low for the day) and sold at this price (high for the day) and show great paper profits, but in reality, and something I have learned, just because a stock makes it to a certain level, does not mean you can get an execution at that level. The other difference is that their is no emotions tied to paper stocks, when you hard earned money is invested, emotions and pulse rate can kick in big time and cause you to do things you would never do with paper trading.

Good luck!
