Fred,
At the time I talked to him I was not aware of the new reporting requirement. I believe he was talking in the vein of taking the steps necessary to achieve a NASDAQ listing. However, given the new requirement, they would have to do it anyway, but not until well into the phase-in since their name begins with I.

Barry did say that instead of just issuing press releases of the sort yesterday, he is attempting to educate management that they need to also issue press releases that inform investors of their NASDAQ listing progress and also financial information. It's nice to have the glitz and glitter, but at some point you have to give us some meat, IMO. Hope this helps.
