From the news release, "At a recent Board meeting Ramiro ''Ray'' Fernandez was elected Chairman of the Board, Romano Fernandez was elected President and COO and Regina Fernandez was named to the Board of Directors." Aren't we talking about the chairman of the board and $3 billion. I wonder what Topfuel does with his free time? Couldn't have a girl friend with all the time he spends badgering poor small investors. Our stock sells at less than book value and he will save us from our foolishness. Amazon.com sells at a 200x book value and has a capitalization larger than the book industry, and he leaves them alone.
