Rational? You think Glenn D. Rudolph is rational???

The man sells ROCKS for a living! He hangs around the mall listening to Musak and
eating Sabarro calzones. He lives where it rains EVERY DAY!! Does that seem
rational???

William,

What a nice post!!!!

Let's revisit your logical comment about AMZN's losses (expenses) will be the smalles percentage of gross revenue in Q4 of 98 then in its history.

Many expenses are fixed son in Q4 of any year a retailer's expenses devided by revenue is always lower. My stores do four times the revenus in Q4 than in any other Quarter. My rent, utiliities, insurance, etc remain the same. Payroll and advertising goes up a bit. The numerator increase slightly but the denominator increases a lot. That mades the percentage much smaller. This concept is no different that any retail model that has increased sales in Q4. What was your ignorant point about?

Your comment on where I choose to live and work is bizzare. You inacurrate too regarding out weather. Also, people have different preferences and I like it here. I would dispise it where you live.

Glenn
