I skimmed through some posts...looks like I missed some fireworks...
Here's my take on the wellrich thing...
Wellrich is owed some money from AZNT...
Both sides agree to arbitration (would be nice to see an AZNT signature agreeing to arbitration, but assume they did).
1st meeting happens...Mikey gets pissed off & leaves.
Schedule a 2nd hearing for the 1/6/99...
AZNT says, screw it, we are not gonna show up...let them have it without us...
(I am in no way an expert on this matter, but I do believe in this case, an arbitrator can gather info from both sides & make a decision WITHOUT AZNT being present at another hearing).
The meeting on the 6h happens with Wellrich people, AAA, but no AZNT representatives.
I do believe, that qualey was in Carson City, and Mike was in meetings...Why would they lie to Spider...(GO ahead & flame me for that...But i am trying to get this thread back to focus) when it could very easily be verified if need be.
BTW...the Document does say...
This will confirm that the hearing proceeded as scheduled on January 6, 1999
It does NOT say who was there...Since they need more info than was avail, and it was sent to qualey, he must be their contact.
I just do not get why he would lie to spider, knowing how the info gets plastered all over the internet.
These are my 2 scenerios...
1) Mike Sylver/Bob Qualey lied to spider & were there.
2) Arbitration was held without them.
