robin, some thoughts.
travellers does not need prln. prln need travellers.
its silly to even think that travellers invited 130 bio tech
companies to meet with institutional buyers to "con" them
travellers does billions in sales and big numbers in
profits.
they invited them because prln has some great ideas.
some great products, and an exellent management team,
as to the stock price and that 25 thousand share sale.
it means nothing,.i know many folks who buy or sell
that amount of prln at any time, on any "whim".
i am among them at any time...
also, there about 50 thousand shares reported
short as of last week .. who shorts a two dollar
stock? someone with nothing better to do with
their time..
now as to this meeting...
no one says because they go this smith barney conference
and meet heavy hitters and tell their story that the
stock will automatically go up in price.thats silly ..
stocks go up based on potential, sales, profits,
management, and so forth. not because they just make
an announcement..its what they say that counts.
read that note ,folks, that richard posted.
they will announce recent results of their products,
present a time frame for introduction of two
products,
if no one cares, stock stays at two bucks.
if it is an interesting play...stock rises.
no one is in prln because someone talked them into it.
everyone searched prln out and invested because
they believe the company has some potential.
