EBAY Split

I looked at EBAY's 10Q. Here is what I found for a possible split:

Common Stock, $0.001 par value, 195,000 and 60,000 shares.....................authorized; 40,264 and 20,400 shares issued and outstanding

EBAY currently has ~ 40.3 MM shares right now. It appears they have 195 MM authorized. So they could do a 2-for-1, 3-for-1, or a 4-for-1 split without authorizing more shares.

My guess is a 3-for-1.
