Spider, you stated the California Securities Exchange Commission shut Wellrich down. You have lead all those that read this thread to believe you are stating it is the Wellrich which is involved in arbitration with AZNT. By this statement are you now stating that another Wellrich which was sold and located in Houston was the one shut down by the California SEC. If so, what is their authority? Why was it not the Texas SEC? Just give us the California SEC case info...if it exists... Just answer the easy questions posed to you to back up your statements. tonto guy, how good is your diligence on wellrich? yes sure guy they can be shut down & then go hang new shingle across the street. for your "report" for the "authorities" guy i suggest you follow wellrich from texas to there current incarnation & then maybe one of you penny stock bashers can tell us current relationship
