no guy janice is lying again to promote wellrichs latest scam to hurt this investment. wellrich must compel arbitration because aznt will never agree to it. this is how arbitration works. since wellrich has no grounds for litigation since there was no contract with wellrich after peter shurr left. wellrich is not a broker/dealer & can not deal securities. & in fact sec has shut down wellrich in previous incarnation. so wellrich proceeds with this arbitration WITHOUT aznt. of course qualey was in carson city in supreme court day of hearing & sylver was with landish negotiating with defendant from federal case who wishes to be dropped from the case. so as is nature of arbitration wellrich appears to continue on without participation from aznt. in effect if this arbitrators decision is an award, wellrich must still go to court to show merit to this arbitrators decision. in meantime i hear aznt is preparing LITIGATION, not ARBITRATION against wellrich the boiler room. all promotion from janice shell & jeffrey mitchell that sylver was there with qualey is designed in concert, imo, to assist shurr & marcasse who are short aznt . spider
