Its going to get more interesting. Rumor has it the board of directors from Clearnet are meeting today. Be prepared to hear a statement from the company shortly. Look for a very nice premium to be paid by BC Tel/Telus. They are the ones that are driving this. They desperately need and want a national wireless network. As for the CRTC, Stentor is on the verge of breaking up. Say goodbye to the monopoly once enjoyed by Stentor. It will no longer exist and the CRTC realizes that deregulation is inevitable in Canada. The major blow to Stentor was BC Tel/Telus. The telecommunications industry in Canada is going through a major metamorphosis. Look for the price of Clearnet to be at $20-21 very very soon. Still time to make money if you haven't already. I am expecting a "friendly" price offer around $25-27, maybe even higher. Also there is a very big article today in the Globe & Mail reiterating everything I have been saying for the past 3 weeks. I understand that everyone should indeed exercise caution when hearing an internet rumor. I too have been burned before in the past. All I can say, is that everything that I have stated has and should continue to come through for us. Clearnet is a perfect fit for BC Tel/Telus. It is a large and ever growing company with state of the art technology that is 100% compatible and even still is somewhat of a bargain. Good luck to us all!!!! Cheers, ZEUS
