Aleta, jusd because they are authorizing an increase in the number of shares does not mean that they will.

However, companies do normally do this only in anticipation of eventually issuing the shares - say within the next 1-2 years.

In fact, the company already increased the shares significantly, DOUBLING the number of issued shares, without first telling shareholders. That's the "Investor's Preferred".

So, you are right to anticipate that they would do it again - and again, and again, and again.
