Paul, thanks for your analysis. I agree with you that Travellers is not out to "con" PRLN and that PRLN needs Travellers a lot more than Travellers needs PRLN. How did you find out about the 50,000 short sales? Is there a web site that tracks short interest in a stock or do you have to subscribe to a service? My guess is that the people who shorted the stock probably bought it at a higher price and have made a nice profit, but why they don't buy it back and lock in that profit is beyond me. At $2, their potential for making a lot more profit is small compared to their risk of losing a lot of money.
