MAKING progress w/out any news yet. small chage in RUT is big change in PM. have u noticed. when rut was up 1.x % two days ago PM was up 8%. when rut was 0.x% yesterday PM was up 5%. today rut .5% pm up 2.98% right now. ( was up much higher ) so if RUT moves 3% over 3 months we get atleast 24%? as high 11.x today.
