Keith, I have requested my broker to exercise my CVIA warrants. While the conversion price of $3/warrant for 1 common share appears to be a marginal investment transaction at this time, receiving the CDarchival dividend shares will help somewhat. Accutrade advises that it may take a week to accomplish, but thought that it should be done by the 22 Jan 99 deadline for the CDarchival dividend shares. Since this is an IRA account I had to use money within that account. This involves a relatively small quantity of shares. Conversion will help the company raise cash and hopefully avoid the need to go to outside sources under less favorable terms to the company (and the shareholders). In a way, this is a vote of confidence for what you have done for shareholder value. Thanks. Stan
