I have been trying to place a trade online on Schwab for over an hour. The site is acting real weird, now it will not even let you log in. When you try to telephone in they tell you to call back later. Am I the only one who gets upset with this? Schwab has cost me thousands in missed trades. They have never responded to any of my complaints except to tell me to "move my accounts to another broker if I don't like their service." I have moved most of my money out but I still have some in an IRA account and if you have ever tried to move any of that you will know that they really screw you up for trying.
How do they stay in business? Are people really this gullible?
I would like to hear from the lawyers out there as to what action can be taken again Schwab.
