Ok thanks Stan, I have the S8 registration for the conversion shares almost ready, (registering the Common shares with the SEC). It should be filed no later than before the open Monday. As far as marginal investment, well this is true at the moment, but I think you will be ok and pleased with the things coming online <g> The thought of going to the outside and selling stock never crossed my mind, if we needed to do anything like that, the shareholders get the option first... but we dont need to do anything like that. KAA
