Yes, I believe a refund is likely at some point. Not sure what will happen Monday. AOL is in a horrible position -- damned if they do, damned if they don't. If they immediately offer a refund (Case would have to reverse earlier comments) it may placate a large portion of the subscriber base, but it won't bring this Company closer to profitably -- shareholders, esp. MM will not like this at all. How many of the 8 million subscribers touted a few weeks ago were on for free trials. I don't know maybe they weren't counting free trials at that point only paying customers, but they've lost since then; if they lose part of the fee on top of that ...
