Hey Dax:
Lets kick your new thread off with a real possible sleeper. WTT announced a sale today of some assets. Madly alerted me to it. They sold $19 mil off to a subsidiary of a foreign co called bowthorpe, OK
Well on bowthorpe's press release it says the following:

.....There will be a dollar for dollar adjustment to the purchase consideration for any shortfall from a net asset value at completion of $8.0 million (£4.8 million). Completion is expected during February.

Now either I'm reading this wrong or WTT apparently sold $8 mil in
book value assets for $19 mil cash?
