Thanks, Equalizzer. For a small time investor who owns many more shares of Avalon than I probably should, I am prepared to assume the risk of whatever is to come in this deal. If, as it would appear, AHS has some big names and some big money behind it then it would seem to me that almost any deal with them will be in the shareholder's best interests.

Let's face it. It would appear that Avalon cannot accomplish its goals on its own and this proposed deal may just be the answer. If the new company can find a way off the Bulletin Board and onto Nasdaq or NYSE, then so much the better. One way to accomplish that would be an IPO on AHS's part - and I can only dream of such an event.

I think the only true concern of all of us is uncertainty. Until we know the exact valuation and share ratios we remain in limbo. I'm willing to sit back and wait.
