AVNT- the delay in the criminal case has allowed AVNT to purchase other companies to provide income that is completely separate from any tainted code. THis allows AVNT to stay afloat no matter what the outcome of the cases, unless the civil case yields a verdict in excess of the company's worth. AVNT is no longer as compelling a short as it once was.
