Folks, From my understanding, Jack is the main financial support for BNEZ at this time. I think when he puts in $$, he gets some sort of convertible debenture at the same time. Therefore, stock price may not matter. I don't know the legal issues behind such a deal (and I am sure there are regulations) but I DO NOT believe that BNEZ needs a 504. I would think that Jack will continue to finance the company as long as he thinks the future looks good -- as it looks to me. This is JMHO. later, leroyt
