Arthur, I agree that the market's 'fundamental paradigms' are changing. We are witnessing a bubbling over of technology and the tech companies are best able to address this shifting paradigm, and change more quickly. I also feel that money will back into the companies like Dell that are Internet related, but have a more solid base. In regards to changing times, I am no longer willing to wait on the small cap stocks to pop - I heard someone on CNBC mention that all the companies in the Russell 2000 are equivalent in dollar value to MSFT and Intel (I think those were the companies mentioned).
