Barry-

You're right I went back reread Ryans message again, he was referring to Feb35 puts my
mistake. But I can dream can't I?

Do you know who is the MM(s) in this stock?

As to the refunds he (Mr Case)blew it. We all know they can't refund any money because that money has been or is being spenton upgrades and support staff etc. Even worse the market would frown on this given their financial position. What he should have said was it is one option under consideration for say, the members that have prepaid the one year, even if no such plan was under consideration. But I guess he's too ehtical for that.
He did say they would be putting the brakes on the aggressive marketing, but I still see TV commercials-saw a half dozen this wknd alone. It wouldn't surprise me if they would run a couple right before the Superbowl or right after. They can't help themselves they just have to do it.
