Cell Therapeutics Execs Combine To Buy 101,520 Shares
(NewsTraders.com) -- Six executives of Cell Therapeutics Inc. (CTIC), including the company's president and CEO, combined to purchase 101,520 shares of the company's common stock on Dec. 14, 1998, according to Form 4 filings released yesterday after market close.
Leading the way, James Bianco, the company's chief executive, purchased 29,630 shares at $3.38 per share. The purchases boosted his stake in the company to 310,300 shares, most of which are held on a direct basis.
Robert Lewis, executive vice president and chief scientific officer, bought 22,000 shares at prices ranging from $3.34 to $3.38 per share. Such purchases comprise his entire stake in the company.
Louis Bianco, executive vice president - finance and administration, acquired 14,815 shares at $3.38 per share. He currently holds 117,477 shares directly and 848 shares indirectly.
Maurice Schwartz, executive vice president - product development, purchased 14,675 shares at prices ranging from $3.38 - $3.41 per share. Schwartz's stake currently stands at 20,675 shares.
Jack Singer, executive vice president and research program chairman, acquired 11,000 shares at per-share prices ranging from $3.25 to $3.38. Singer currently holds 211,749 shares.
Susan Moore, executive vice president - corporate resource development, bought 9,400 shares, for $3.28 each. She now holds 13,600 shares. |
